This is our Project Page. It's a great opportunity to help visitors understand the context and background of our latest work to advocate for the Latino commumity.
Voter Registration
We are trained and certified under the Commonwealth of Virginia to host Multilingual Voter Registration Drives, and focus in Latino schools, communities and Hispanic Serving Institutions. We happily work with other non-partisan organizations. Check to see if you are registered to vote HERE.
We listen, we ask, we think, we Advocate.™
Candidates ask voters to hire them for a job that pays up to $200,000.00. They may decide contracts and budgets in the millions of dollars.
We interview candidates just as though we are hiring them and paying their salary out of our own pocket with money earned by hard sweat. We need candidates who know our issues and have the basic skills to represent our community. Due diligence is key to get the best and brightest candidate elected for our community.
Accountability
We listen, we ask, we think, we Advocate.™
We intend to hold candidates and elected officials accountable. Candidates vaguely saying that after being elected they will do what is best for the Latino community, is old. We need to know the details of each covenant with the Latino community and the metrics to determine whether the covenant is accomplished or failed. We also need to know that when the Latino community asks questions, there is a prompt detailed knowledgeable response.
